Our Mission

 

The Indiana Procurement Assistance & Certification Training (INPACT) Initiative’s mission is to connect small business suppliers in Indiana to state government, local government, and private sector buyers and procurement opportunities. This is done by offering no-cost programs, events, resources, and technical assistance in the areas of supplier capacity-building, certification education, and contract readiness across Indiana.

The INPACT Initiative does not aim to duplicate the efforts of existing resource providers or certifying agencies within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Instead, the initiative will provide referrals and targeted assistance, helping to close the gap between competitive, contract-ready Hoosier small business suppliers and Indiana-based buyers.
